- It's a squat mat trainer that facilitates sculpting and strengthening of specifically targeted lower body muscle groups. It’s a nice partner to have when performing Power Squats using the SmithShaper Ab Squat Rider FIT & PRO exercisers or when doing stand-alone squats.
- For floor exercises, the mat can be folded along its seams to become a nearly 1-inch thick (0.90") x 14" x 10.5" kneeling pad. For wide-knee yoga poses, it can also be rolled on its long axis to become a 30.75 inch x 4.75 inch x 0.90 inch thick floor knee pad to cushion knees that are far apart.
- Constructed of eco-friendly Nitrile Rubber (NBR) - It's flexible / pliable - when folded, bunched or rolled to triple or quadruple its thickness, it can cushion a specific area of your body. The Squat Mat resists oils & odors.
- When unfolded, this mat is 30.75 inch x 14 inch x 7.5mm. It's a pliable mini stretch mat / mini pilates mat. As the material is 7.5mm thick, it can also be cut to different shapes to use as pad inserts to add layers of NBR padding to cushion or pad shoes, place within knee pads, elbow pads, hip pads, shoulder pads, etc.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: The OPTIONAL SmithShaper Super Pad is recommended when the most / best knee cushioning and comfort is required.
