How to use a simple gas saver using pressure and volume difference

1. Before assembling to a gas container, be sure to check the locking state of the valve, and use it in a safe outdoor place with no fire and good ventilation.

2. The collection canister is cooler than the remaining canister to lower the pressure.

[The collection container must have enough space to accommodate the remaining gas that is fastened to the top.]

-Chill for 10-20 minutes using a freezer or cooler. - After tightening the canister on both sides of the gas saver, open the valve.

- You will hear the sound of the remaining amount moving, and it usually takes about 2-3 minutes.

[Transit time may vary depending on remaining amount, cold level, and valve condition.]

3. If the collection canister cannot be cooled, the air vent button can be used.

-Be sure to close the gas saver valve before operating the vent button.=>Operate the vent button to release the vaporized gas from the collection canister for about 6-7 seconds.=>Open the gas saver valve to proceed with the moving operation.

[Use of the vent button is more effective when there is sufficient free space in the collection canister.]

*It applies the principle that liquefied petroleum gas expands to a volume of about 250-280 times as it vaporizes.

-Venting is the act of lowering the pressure in the collection canister and artificially moving the gas in the dense liquid state.

4. The remaining capacity of the cassette type canister can be moved by applying a CB CAN adapter.

- In this case, when using a non-standard adapter, permanent damage may occur to the gas saver, so our product is recommended.

- Tilt it at least 45 degrees so that the fixing groove of the top adapter faces down as shown in the image above.

This will get you to the last remaining gas.

5. When removing the canister: First close the valve and remove it from its normal position with the outlet of the canister facing up.

(If separated upside down, the amount of gas leakage may increase instantaneously due to the Lindal valve structure of the canister.)

.

6. After work, be sure to weigh the canister to avoid overcharge.

-If the weight is exceeded, go through the opposite process immediately to make it less than the weight indicated on the canister.

Approximately 20% free space in the canister is a safety margin that must be observed.

.

7. After transferring the remaining amount, be sure to weigh the canister.

[ If the weight is exceeded, proceed in the opposite direction, be careful of overcharging.]
