Five Color-Coded Resistance Levels
These high-quality, 100% natural latex rubber bands (each measuring 208cm in length with 4mm thickness) are available in five resistance levels. Choose the color that corresponds to your desired level of intensity, weight, and strength level.
For Light to Moderate Resistance, we have easy levels for your stretching and toning needs:
• Red - Lightest (15 - 33 lbs resistance) | Width 0.51 inch
• Black - Light (22 - 66 lbs resistance) | Width 0.87 inch
For Higher Resistance training, we have 3 stronger levels for your enhanced muscle building needs:
• Purple - Medium (33 - 88 lbs resistance) | Width 1.26 inches
• Green - Strong (48 - 123 lbs resistance) | Width 1.77 inches
• Blue - Strongest (66- 176 lbs resistance) | Width 2.52 inches
The stronger bands (purple, green, and blue) have the ideal size and resistance for more rigorous resistance training that builds muscles. Using any of them helps you optimize weightlifting exercises like arm or shoulder curls as well as other dumbbell, barbells, and bench routines. The lighter bands are suitable for exercises that require less strength but focus more on muscle coordination and toning such as yoga and pilates.
