Choose from 2 age levels (Level 1 is recommended for Ages 12 & Under, Level 2 is recommended for Ages 13 & Over). The adjustable leg straps are the same size in each kit and both come with 4 sets of resistance bands with varying levels of resistance

The Cheer Kinetic Bands (Leg Resistance Bands) can be worn while practicing jumps, stunts, and routines. Wearing the bands even just 2-3 times per week, will have you jumping and kicking with more height and power than ever before. But how, you ask? Well, when you strengthen your leg, hip and core muscles, you gain much more than strength alone. LEVEL 2: All Athletes (Ages 13 and Over)
Each set of resistance bands contains one long band (placed in front) and one short band (placed in back). The shorter band in the back helps fire the hamstrings and glutes at an equal level with the quadriceps.
