Cathe Friedrich's Pyramid Lower + Upper Body DVD workout for women and men - This at-home weight training DVD Includes two separate weight workouts: Pyramid Upper Body and Pyramid Lower Body. Both of these workouts focus on the full pyramid system and supersets to maximize your muscle building and body sculpting potential. In these pyramid workouts you will do multiple sets of an exercise with varying reps and weight selections as you work your way up and back down the pyramid.
