The med pouch is designed to hold medical gear and grant immediate access to medical shears and is intended to fit a chest seal, 4" trauma dressing, combat gauze, trauma shears and two pairs of nitrile gloves, but will also fit other similar items.
MOLLE version includes MOLLE Clips for attachment to MOLLE/PALS, the molle medical pouch can attach to tactical vest,combat belt( fit on belts 1.5"-3"), tactical backpack or other things which has MOLLE/PALS system
