About this item

• TARGETED PATELLAR TENDON RELIEF: The Gearari patellar tendon support strap is a slim, adjustable patella band worn just below the kneecap that channels focused compression onto the patellar tendon. Unlike a bulky sleeve, it redistributes strain off the tendon and onto the strap itself, easing everyday knee discomfort while letting the joint bend and move naturally.
• BUILT FOR KNEE PAIN DURING ACTIVITY: Designed as a knee strap for knee pain, this patella knee strap targets jumper's knee, runner's knee, tendonitis and Osgood-Schlatter. Whether you're running, hiking, lifting, or on the court, it delivers steady knee support exactly where overuse and repetitive impact tend to flare.
• CONTOURED SILICONE PAD + NON-SLIP GRIP: A wave-shaped silicone pad follows the natural curve of the knee for even, focused pressure, while the textured silicone interior grips skin so the strap stays put. No riding down, no readjusting mid-run, it holds position through dynamic movement so you can focus on the activity, not the gear.
• STABILITY YOU FEEL ON UNEVEN GROUND: By steadying the kneecap and dampening tendon vibration during repetitive impact, the strap helps the knee feel secure and controlled on trails, stairs and rocky ground. The payoff is less fatigue over longer distances and the confidence to stay active without favoring the joint.
• SOLVES THE "SLIPS OR BULKS UP" PROBLEM: Most supports either slide down within minutes or sit too thick to wear discreetly. This low-profile design fixes both: slim enough to disappear under shorts or pants, yet the anti-slip interior and secure closure keep it locked in place for hours without pinching or rolling.
• DUAL METAL-BUCKLE ADJUSTERS: Two durable metal slide buckles let you dial compression from light to firm and fine-tune tension on the fly. The one-size-fits-most build adjusts across a wide range of knee circumferences, making it practical for different body types and changing support needs through recovery.
• SKIN-FRIENDLY & BUILT TO LAST: Made from breathable, skin-friendly materials with smooth edges that won't chafe during extended wear, it's engineered to hold its shape and grip wash after wash, a piece of gear designed to keep performing through repeated training and long days on your feet.
• UNISEX SUPPORT FOR SPORT & EVERYDAY: Suitable for both men and women, this knee support strap moves easily from gym to trail to workday. Compact and travel-friendly, it tucks into a gym bag or backpack so reliable knee support is on hand wherever activity or knee pain shows up.
