Gungenics Quik-Change 4Pc. Handgun Cleaning Kit is a revolutionary, new patent-pending pistol cleaning kit system, which allows you to change from brush to jag with speed, simplicity and ease. All of Gungenics parts are from glass-reinforced nylon, which will never scratch or damage your firearm. The patented quick-disconnect system eliminates the need to thread adapters into a rod. With Gungenics unique locking lever, just snap in and you’re done. Depress the locking lever on the handle to release and change adapters when you are ready. All adapters are color coded and stamped by caliber for easy identification. No more guessing which brush goes with which caliber barrel. The handle on the Gungenics system has been extended so you will never again smash your knuckles on the barrel of your firearm while cleaning it. Directions:
1. Insert the brush into the rod end. Note: The adapters are rectangular and will only fit in the rod one way. If you encounter resistance, turn the adapter¼ turn and reinsert into the rod.
2. Clean bore according to manufacturer directions.
NOTE: Ensure you push the brush all the way through the bore before attempting to pull the other direction. Failure to do so can result in damage to the brush, the quick release lever or the bore. 3. Release the brush by depressing the top end of the quick release lever on the rod and pulling straight out. You do not need to press your fingernail to the lever, simply depress with your finger. Note: We recommend using good quality patches as they stay on tip of the jag, whereas inexpensive, partially synthetic patches can fall off.
